Usage: First brush your teeth, preferably with whitening toothpaste, also use dental floss. Shake the pencil, remove the protective cap and turn the base clockwise until the gel covers the brush head. Apply a thin layer of gel directly on the surface of the upper row of teeth, avoiding the gums and lips, allow to dry for 30-60 seconds. Repeat the process for the lower row of teeth.
